Reconstruction of Buddhist Cultural Sites
The 2015 Nepal earthquake severely damaged many Buddhist monasteries and heritage sites,
impacting religious practices and community life.
Our efforts focus on:
- Supporting the construction of monasteries in Dolakha, Dolpa, Jhapa, and Itahari
- Rebuilding the extensively damaged monastery in Sindhupalchowk District
- Renovating and preserving other important Buddhist cultural landmarks
These initiatives aim to restore sacred spaces for worship, meditation, and learning,
safeguarding Nepal’s Buddhist legacy for future generations.
